The common earthworm doesn't eat electrical equipment. Surprised

If that was the case, we wouldn’t have a problem.  The millions of tonnes of waste that are dumped into the ground each year would simply disappear.

Unfortunately, this deadly pollution is here to stay forever. All electrical products such as computers, mobile phones, printers, batteries, fax machines and microwaves are the problem. Businesses and the public consume so much, and at such a fast rate, that there has not been a suitable means of disposing the waste.

Which is why Hazardous Waste Regulations and WEEE disposal regulations have been put into action. It is legislation that prevents the irresponsible dumping of electrical equipment. And it’s the law.

Weeeco has designed a training seminar where you will be taken step by step through the planned UK WEEE Legislation and its impact on businesses producing Non Household WEEE for disposal.  The seminar will give you the tools to collate the relevant information your businesses will need to implement your own WEEE policy.  In addition you will receive a WEEE Care & Compliance Certificate of Attendance

Seminar Cost:  £195 + VAT*

(*Discounted for Weeeco Clients, Multiple Bookings, Members of: EIF, Chamber of Commerce’s, Electricity Yorkshire and Wilton Residents.)
